Tropicraze is a wellness-forward energy drink made with real tropical ingredients like mango, pineapple, maca, and vitamin D. We’re building a bold new brand at the intersection of health, hustle, and summer culture, designed to energize the body and the culture that surrounds it.
As we scale into a 5,000 sq. ft. production and event space in downtown Vancouver and gear up for a summer packed with strategic brand activations, we’re looking for an entrepreneurial Account Manager to help us grow through community-first experiences and unconventional, future-forward sales channels — all while driving conversions through our e-commerce platform.
The Role
This is a commission-based role with the intention to grow into a full-time salaried position with benefits, profit-sharing, and team leadership responsibilities.
You’ll help Tropicraze lead with activations first — securing pop-ups, brand placements, and strategic experiences that convert directly to sales. We’re not just looking for gym and retail relationships — we want someone who can explore non-traditional channels like creative agencies, content houses, tech campuses, wellness collectives, lifestyle clubs, and digital partnerships that drive online orders and brand velocity.
Responsibilities- Identify, pitch, and confirm event activations and partnerships that convert to revenue
- Focus on unconventional and digital-aligned spaces: co-working hubs, lifestyle collectives, creator-led events, etc.
- Support planning and execution of activations in collaboration with the Sunthesis events team
- Track performance with a strong focus on conversion to online sales
- Support early-stage retail and small B2B orders from activation leads (e.g., gyms, studios, boutique offices)
- Build long-term partner pipelines and report sales outcomes with clarity
Compensation & Growth💰 Commission-Based (Initial Phase):
- 10% commission on first-time product orders
- 5% commission on all qualified reorders (within 90 days)
- $75–$100 activation bonus only if sales targets are met from that activation (activation must tie to site conversions or wholesale revenue)
📈 Full-Time Pathway:
- Transition to full-time role with salary + health benefits
- Access to profit-sharing and stock options after performance milestones
- Future opportunity to lead national sales team and oversee activation expansion across Canada
Ideal Candidate:- Sales-oriented with a track record of driving revenue
- Well-networked in emerging cultural, wellness, or startup scenes
- Comfortable with digital tools, tracking lead funnels, and working independently
- Passionate about health, culture, and lifestyle brands
- Familiar with e-commerce metrics (conversions, LTV, CAC) and retail readiness
- Based in Vancouver or highly familiar with the activation landscape (preferred)
