Your Role Will Include:
• Opening new accounts in the high-tech industry: generating leads, scheduling client meetings, and leading business opportunities
• Managing open positions and supporting the recruitment process until contracts are signed
• Expanding activity and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
• Collaborating with our experienced tech recruitment teams
• Providing ongoing support to employees placed at client sites
• Working with top-tier clients across the local and global high-tech markets
What We’re Looking For:
• At least 2 years of experience in sales/account management in the high-tech outsourcing field – a must
• Experience in tech recruitment or managing recruitment processes – a strong advantage
• Proven ability to open new clients independently – a must
• Experience working with clients from the defense or government sectors – an advantage
• Strong negotiation, sales, and interpersonal skills
• Business-oriented mindset, high energy, and a true passion for success
