An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and personable On-Trade Account Manager to join a leading family run drinks business, managing a territory that covers the key cities and towns along the M4 corridor – Reading, Swindon, Bath and Bristol.
The Role:
This is a field-based role focused on building strong relationships with pubs, bars, and regional groups to drive distribution, visibility, and rate of sale for a much-loved portfolio of premium drinks brands. The successful candidate will inherit a strong base of existing business, with plenty of scope to grow the region through new listings and standout activations.
The ideal candidate will be a confident self-starter who loves being out in trade, knows how to engage stakeholders at all levels, and is passionate about the on-trade. Whether securing new draught distribution or helping an independent site bring a new drink offering to life, they’ll have the freedom to make a real impact across the territory.
