## Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding our clients' financial needs, communicating effectively, conducting regular check-ins, and working collaboratively with the team to maintain accurate bookkeeping records for a variety of clients. This role requires a blend of interpersonal skills, financial acumen, and project management to ensure client satisfaction and the seamless delivery of our services. ## Responsibilities - Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique bookkeeping needs, and ensuring overall satisfaction. - Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and clear communication regarding financial matters, updates, and addressing any concerns. - Monthly Meetings: Conduct regular monthly meetings with clients to review financial statements, discuss business performance, and provide insights for financial improvement. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to coordinate and oversee the accurate recording of financial transactions, ensuring the integrity of bookkeeping records. - Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address any issues or discrepancies in financial records, collaborating with the team to find effective solutions. - Client Education: Provide clients with guidance on financial best practices, ensuring they fully understand the value of our services and how to leverage them for business success. - Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions, agreements, and any pertinent information. ## Qualifications - Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the financial or bookkeeping industry. Also preferred to have QuickBooks Online Certification. - Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and understandable manner. - Client-Centric Approach: Strong commitment to delivering excellent client service and ensuring client satisfaction. - Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles, financial statements, and the ability to interpret and communicate financial data effectively. - Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment. - Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple client accounts simultaneously. - Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to evolving processes and contribute to a positive and dynamic work environment.
