We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead key client accounts across various sectors including consulting, financial services, corporate, etc.

The ideal candidate is a native Korean speaker and bilingual in English. They must have 2+ years of experience managing client accounts and at least 1 year of experience managing small teams. You must have excellent communication skills to be able to talk to all levels of management internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact, managing client relationships and overseeing project delivery
• Manage and lead a team to support client project and research requests
• Lead and collaborate with a team of sales associates to fulfill client requests related to research and due diligence on industry trends, market opportunities, new products, technologies, and other areas of interest.
• Work with other Project Managers on the team
• Work closely with the other departments to optimize your clients’ use of other corporate services and tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Native Level of Korean and fluency in English
• 2+ years of experience client or account management experience
• Previous project management and/ or people management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
