What You’ll Be Doing:

• Orchestrating day-to-day client communications and timelines
• Managing schedules, meetings, and deliverables with precision
• Attending and documenting meetings, then translating action items into next steps
• Proofreading and trafficking advertising materials
• Managing vendors and communicating with media outlets
• Conducting research and light data analysis
• Supporting social media content creation
• Assembling client presentations
• Help grow our clients’ businesses and serve their customers

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in CPG or real estate industries
• 2–10 years of agency or marketing experience
• A passion for branding and storytelling
