What You’ll Do:

  • Set and execute clear sales goals and strategies
  • Identify new leads and build a strong prospect pipeline
  • Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person visits
  • Handle customer queries and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Draft quotes, close deals, and follow up diligently
  • Maintain and update our CRM system regularly
  • Meet weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to growth
  • Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas to improve the process


Who You Are:

  • 1–3 years of sales/account management experience (preferably in B2B/SaaS/startups)
  • Great at communication, follow-ups, and relationship building
  • Comfortable with field visits and remote work setup
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments
  • Eager to learn, adapt, and grow with a startup
