Develop sales leads through prospecting and networking with partners and industry contacts
Close business on an ongoing basis to meet the booking objectives
Maximize Honeywell’s market penetration and value capture in the building services business by developing opportunities through personal selling to target accounts and actively participating in sales capture teams on target projects
Leverage opportunity for the sales team by building partnerships with vendors, consultants, integrators where these relationships can increase market penetration and expand the Honeywell offering
Work with Management Team in establishing market trends, appropriate strategies and product development roadmaps including necessary tools and processes
Deploy new business initiatives
Key Experience & Capabilities:
Degree in engineering
At least 2 years solution sales experience in Building Service / Building Automation Business OR mechanical (HVAC) service business OR Fire Service business
Proven track record in selling complex solutions, equipped with solution sales mind set
Good Knowledge on automation & control applications
Network in builders, contractors, vendors
Well developed business analysis skills including opportunity and risk assessment
Good interpersonal and presentation skill
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
Self-motivated and have ability to work independently
Fresh graduate with a degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic/ Building Services/ Mechanical) are welcome for application.
