Position Summary

We’re looking for a driven, client-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. As the primary liaison between Texas EcoGrow and our clients, you’ll ensure outstanding service delivery, build lasting relationships, and help grow and retain key accounts.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives on exceeding client expectations, managing multiple high-profile properties, and driving new revenue through upselling and cross-selling services.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance clients
  • Conduct regular property walks to ensure service quality and identify enhancement opportunities
  • Collaborate with operations teams to schedule and execute maintenance, irrigation, and enhancement work
  • Proactively communicate with clients about project updates, seasonal changes, and service adjustments
  • Develop proposals for landscape enhancements and capital improvements
  • Manage budgets and ensure contract compliance
  • Track and report on client satisfaction and retention metrics
  • Identify upselling opportunities to increase revenue and improve landscape quality
  • Support new business development and onboarding of new properties


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in landscape account management or commercial property services
  • Knowledge of horticulture, landscape maintenance practices, and irrigation systems
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
