*Responsibilities*
- Manage the full sales cycle of IT System solutions (prospecting, closing deals, contracts, and after-sales support).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Understand customer business needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with technical, implementation, and support teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, prepare business proposals, and achieve sales targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to develop effective sales strategies.
*Qualifications*
- 3-5 years of experience in IT solution sales, especially in ERP, RPA, or business software
- Strong understanding of business processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and project teams.
- Target-driven with a structured sales pipeline strategy.
- Extensive industry network is a plus.
