We’re hiring an Account Manager to join a growing media team at a top independent agency based in West Midlands. This is your chance to work closely with clients, lead campaigns across multiple sectors, and shape how the agency delivers for its clients.


You’ll be the key contact for your clients, trusted to make things happen and guide campaigns from start to finish. It’s a brilliant role for someone who’s ready for more responsibility, autonomy, and exposure to bigger strategic thinking – while still getting hands-on with planning, client relationships, and internal collaboration.

What You'll Do

  • Own the day-to-day running of client accounts
  • Build trusted relationships and act as the go-to contact for your clients
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business needs and market context
  • Work closely with internal teams (including planning, strategy, and behavioural insight)
  • Make sure work is aligned with client goals and delivered to a high standard
  • Support the wider agency in evaluating effectiveness and delivering business impact
  • Handle all relevant account admin and reporting
  • Be seen as a natural extension of your client’s internal marketing team


What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a media agency (essential)
  • Confident managing client relationships and running campaigns
  • Good knowledge of media channels and campaign planning
  • Strong organisational and admin skills – you keep the details tight
  • Clear communicator, good with people, and comfortable managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Curious, thoughtful and commercially aware
  • Able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball
