The Account Manager plays a pivotal role as the primary point of contact for our clients. This position is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project execution with internal teams, ensuring timely payments, resolving issues, and conducting monthly review meetings to assess the progress of digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, project management, and client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Understand client goals, objectives, and preferences to provide tailored services.
  • Communicate effectively and proactively with clients to address their needs and concerns.

Project Leadership

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing specialists, designers, and developers.
  • Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure that client objectives are met on time and within budget.
  • Ensure all client deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations.

Financial Management

  • Manage client billing and payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Work with clients to update payment methods and resolve any billing issues.
  • Monitor budget adherence and assist clients in optimizing their budget allocation.

Issue Resolution And Troubleshooting

  • Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or operational challenges.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to prevent issues from escalating.

Monthly Review Meetings

  • Conduct regular monthly review calls with clients to assess campaign performance and discuss key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide clients with detailed reports and insights, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with clients to refine strategies and ensure their evolving needs are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 2 years account management experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency or acceptable equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing concepts and tools.
  • Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to client issues.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and present insights.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
  • Client-focused and results-oriented.
