The Account Manager serves in a hybrid role, operating both remote from home and in the field. This position is responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting new business development efforts, and representing Eastern LLC at industry events and association meetings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a commitment to client service, and the ability to foster new business relationships.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial snow clients.
Track client needs, service plans, documentation, and renewal schedules.
Ensure all contracts, insurance certificates, and compliance documents are current and properly filed.
Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular account status reports.
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, service updates, and issue escalations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive account reviews.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns swiftly to ensure a high retention rate.
Assist with onboarding new clients and supporting a smooth service implementation.
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles.
Prior experience in the snow, landscaping, or construction industries is highly preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organizational abilities.
Proficient in mobile computing, CRM systems, electronic documentation, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional demeanor with a business-friendly presence, suitable for client meetings, events, and association functions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits and client meetings.
