Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager with a strong background in selling IT solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering tailored IT solutions to meet customer needs. This role requires excellent communication, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of IT products and services.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored IT solutions that align with their goals.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through regular communication and support.


Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Present and demonstrate IT solutions to prospective clients, highlighting their value and ROI.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure deals and close sales.


Product Knowledge and Market Analysis:

  • Stay updated on the latest IT products, solutions, and industry trends.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and competitive offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a deep understanding of the company’s IT portfolio.


Project Coordination and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with technical teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of IT solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and provide clients with regular updates and reports.
  • Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly.


Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and analyze sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, showcasing account performance and strategic insights.
  • Contribute to the development of sales forecasts and business strategies.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in IT solutions or technology services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions such as software, hardware, networking, cloud computing, and managed services.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
