Industry: Facilities Management\n\nSalary: £40k+\n\nAs an \n Account Manager,\n\nyou will be working closely and supporting the Key Account Managers while  overseeing business operations. \n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n:\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships.\n\nAddress and resolve client issues, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.\n\nMonitor account performance and suggest improvements to optimise service delivery.\n\nEnsure the accurate and timely renewal of contracts, including negotiations and service level agreement (SLA) reviews.\n\nMonitor and ensure high standards of service delivery in line with the account contract\n\nConduct regular audits and assessments of service quality and ensure continuous improvement.\n\nWork closely with internal teams, including operations, finance, and service delivery teams, to ensure alignment and effective service delivery.\n\nCoordinate with facility management staff to ensure that client requirements are met in a timely manner.\n\nPrepare regular reports on client performance, service levels, and account health.\n\nAnalyse client feedback and service performance data to identify areas for improvement.\n\nProvide strategic insights and recommendations for enhancing service offerings and client engagement.\n\nThe successful candidate must have:\n\nMinimum 5 years key account management.\n\nFacilities Management Industry experience\n\nExperience in managing large, complex accounts and working in client-facing roles.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.\n\nFinancial acumen and ability to manage budgets and contracts.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging client situations.\n\nWilling to travel to meet clients (Scotland West and East)\n\nJob Type: Full-time\n\nPay: From £50,000.00 per year
