About Our Opportunity

As a Account Manager here at Onebright you will work with the wider commercial team to deliver our commercial strategy. You will be the voice of the client and maintain our amazing relationship with our existing clients across the UK . You will ensure that the client's day to day queries are answered promptly and escalate concerns or service failures with internal stakeholders and work closely to resolve them.

What we need from you

\n
• At least 2 years prior experience of managing referrer relationships, preferably in health, corporate or insurance sectors.
\n
• Existing knowledge of neurodiversity services is desirable.
\n
• The ability to use social media to support awareness of the business and achievements.
\n
• Fully conversant in Microsoft Office applications.
\n
• Experience in use of HubSpot or similar programmes is desirable.
