Our client, a children’s apparel company, is hiring an Account Manager to join their team onsite in NYC. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for the apparel industry and a demonstrated ability to drive results. Candidates should be eager to learn the company's business model quickly and contribute meaningfully to both internal processes and external relationships. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Job Duties Include:

• Play a key role in the execution and management of apparel programs across off-price retail partners
• Oversee the full lifecycle of off-price programs, including sales performance, margin goals, product development, and on-time delivery
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and all communication with retail buyers
• Prepare meeting materials, including merchandising strategies, line sheets, trend presentations, and sales data
• Conduct quarterly competitive market analysis through in-store visits and online research to identify new opportunities and inform program strategy

Job Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally within the apparel or consumer goods industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with strong follow-through
• Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience working with off-price retailers is a plus

Salary: $85k - $90k annually
