TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Account Manager for New Business Development in the Philadelphia/Allentown area.
Responsible for successfully securing and maintaining service accounts and developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers so that the branch meets annual revenue goals.
Role focuses on identifying and securing new opportunities for growth, primarily through expanding their market reach and increasing sales of elevators, escalators, and moving walkways. This involves strategic partnerships, key account management, and identifying emerging markets and trends.

Strategic Partnerships: Collaborating with other businesses to expand market presence and access new customer segments.
Key Account Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with large clients to secure repeat business and new projects.
Market Expansion: Identifying, targeting and pursuing new business and customer segments to drive overall NSG.
Innovation: Developing and implementing innovative solutions and technologies to stay ahead of the curve and attract customers.
Sustainability: Integrating sustainable practices into business operations to appeal to environmentally conscious customers and investors.
Developer Portal: Supporting developers, startups, and building owners/operators in creating innovative applications using Schindler's data and interface solutions.
Focus on Mid Atlantic: TKE expresses confidence in its Mid Atlantic business, indicating a focus on this region.
Leadership Development: investments in leadership and business training programs to empower its employees to effectively lead new business development initiatives.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Exceeds sales goals and quotas by utilizing company tools for service growth and cancellation reduction.
Building relationships in BOMA and other associated groups.
Maintains a strong working knowledge of company products by attending training classes and studying factory equipment manuals and supplier information. Includes developing knowledge of local elevator code requirements.
Prepares service contract bids. Includes reviewing blueprints and surveying equipment when necessary and interfacing with operations personnel for additional input and approvals.
Receives and responds to written and oral questions related to service contracts. Includes performing follow-up with customers on all service proposals.
Who We Are Looking For
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of sales experience or training required; for candidates with 3 plus years of elevator sales experience bachelor's degree is preferred
Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint/drawings preferred
Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator strongly preferred
