We are looking to add an Account Manager to our team (this is a hybrid position). As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, and managing the projects we’re doing with our internal team. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients and collaborate closely with our internal teams to deliver exceptional marketing solutions.


The ideal candidate will have a high level understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent communication and organization skills, and a proven track record in managing client accounts successfully.


Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Ability to communicate directly with clients via phone, email, and other communication methods in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular meetings and communications with clients to provide updates on project progress, performance reports, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate projects with team members.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Monitor campaign performance and communicate progress regularly.
  • Internal communication.
  • Conduct regular meetings and communications with team members to keep projects on track and provide client updates.
  • Coordinate internal teams to execute client marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure that our clients receive cutting-edge solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services to clients.


Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in account or project management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, content, PPC, etc.)
  • Proficient in Google Suite and task management tools like Notion or Asana.
  • Milwaukee, WI: Must be able to work in-person weekly

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
