Our mission

Regarding the strong development of its Mid Market department, Coface is recruiting an Account Manager


Role purpose:

As part of a high-performance, dynamic team, you will be responsible to manage and develop a client portfolio for Mid Market. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams.


YOUR MAIN MISSIONS:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to prospects as well as newly joined customers helping them to understand how Coface Mid Market solutions will help them.
  • Act and support for clients with Mid Market contracts and secure long term profitable relationships with them.
  • Business Development of an existing B2B-customer-portfolio (direct or through a broker network)
  • All up- and cross selling activities
  • Initiate, plan and carry out policy renewal procedure and negotiate with customer and/or broker
  • Ensure and monitor all compliance requirements for new and existing business (KYC, KYI and UBO processes) in collaboration with our back office and shared service center abroad.
  • Controlling, reporting and management of customer consumption
  • Regular visits of customers and brokers
  • Collect actively market intelligence data
  • Participation in external events
  • Dealing with client and ad-hoc reporting, annual account planning, client meeting preparation and regular client feedback reporting
  • Administrative tasks


CANDIDATE PROFILE :


Education :

  • Higher education Degree level (business school or university).
  • Good knowledge with IT tools: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint


Experience :

  • Proven experience in Account Management in the sale of financial services of 5 years


Competencies:

  • Fluency in German and English; fluency in another language is an asset (French / Italian).
  • Detailed oriented, precise working, supportive and client oriented character.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality services with tight deadlines and approach problems in an independent, flexible, systematic and anticipatory manner.
  • Result-oriented and self-motivating
  • Be creative, innovative, and passionate in your approach to driving sales as farmer with hunting approach
  • Strong organizational, planning and analytical skills
