Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in Metro Manila. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. The day-to-day tasks will include managing client communications, understanding client needs, providing solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding service. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, handling client inquiries, and identifying new business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management and Excellent Customer Service skills
Sales and Account Management experience
Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
Problem-solving and Analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the IT industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
