Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions based on client needs, preparing regular reports on account status, and managing billing and invoicing processes. The Account Manager will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities with existing clients and ensuring customer retention. This is a hybrid role, based in Ludhiana, with some work from home acceptable.


Qualifications

  • Account Management and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in preparing reports and managing billing processes
  • Ability to identify and seize new business opportunities
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in the apparel industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
