Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Ludhiana. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for account growth. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, coordinating with internal teams, creating strategies to boost client satisfaction, and reporting on account performance.
