Job Summary: The Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the best insurance solutions tailored to their needs. This role involves managing personal lines accounts, providing expert advice, negotiating terms with carriers, and driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of insurance products and industry regulations. Duties and Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate insurance solutions. * Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. * Conduct regular account reviews and risk assessments to identify coverage gaps and offer suitable policy adjustments. * Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting. * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue and growth targets. * Present and explain insurance policy options to potential and existing clients. * Stay up to date with insurance laws, regulations, and industry trends. * Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirements. * Educate clients on policy details, legal implications, and risk management strategies.
