This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing account operations, conducting regular client meetings, identifying client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions. The Account Manager will also analyze account performance, prepare reports, and develop strategies to achieve account objectives.
Qualifications
Experience in account management, client relationship management, and customer service
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is a plus
