SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to manage client relationships and oversee the successful execution of live events, trade shows, and experiential marketing programs. This role involves coordinating budgets, schedules, logistics, and vendors while ensuring projects meet high-quality standards and exceed client expectations. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential for driving client satisfaction and business success.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site event coordination.
- Lead pre-construction meetings to verify expectations, feasibility, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure the seamless execution of events and exhibits.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks or challenges within the project lifecycle.
- Work with preferred vendors to procure necessary supplies or services.
- Lead post-show construction/meetings to evaluate project success and areas for improvement.
- Monitor financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, tracking change orders, and managing purchase reconciliations.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance client programs and increase revenue opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to client projects, costs, scheduling, and overall performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or related fields and/or a minimum of 5 year’s experience in Event and Trade Show.
- Strong understanding of event production, fabrication, and logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with budgeting, financial management, and contract negotiations.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to client needs.

We are looking for someone who can work out of our Huntington Beach, CA, Headquarters.
