Role Description

This is a full-time Account Manager role located on-site in Las Vegas, NV. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating with maintenance and installation teams, conducting site assessments, developing landscape plans, ensuring project completion, and maintaining customer relations. The role requires the ability to oversee multiple projects, address client concerns promptly, and ensure high standards of service delivery.

• Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Project Management and Coordination skills
• Landscape Design, Assessment, and Planning skills
• Knowledge in Maintenance, Irrigation, and Installation processes
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work on-site and travel to client locations as needed
• Experience in the landscape industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Landscape Architecture, or related field
