Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager with strong experience in managing enterprise clients and developing new business within the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of cultivating client relationships, driving revenue growth, acquiring net new clients, and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term relationship management.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within target industries and regions to drive net new client acquisition.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account growth strategies, including upselling and cross-selling across technology, consulting, and digital transformation services.
  • Understand client business goals, IT environments, and challenges to provide tailored solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery, pre-sales, and solution teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution of client projects and services.
  • Track and analyze account performance metrics, prepare business reviews, and provide strategic insights to both internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Lead contract discussions, pricing negotiations, and scope expansions to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to advise clients proactively and enhance business development efforts.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–6 years of experience in account management and new business development within the IT services, consulting, or technology solutions industry.
  • Demonstrated success in both managing complex enterprise accounts and winning new clients.
  • Strong understanding of IT services such as application development, infrastructure, cloud, digital transformation, and managed services.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative selling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of the EU IT services market and experience working with global delivery teams is a plus.
