Job Description:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects for our clients from inception to completion. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Additionally, you will identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance the value we provide to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and create upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value. Develop strategies to introduce additional services and solutions to clients.
  • Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between internal teams and clients. Provide regular project updates, reports, and status meetings.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve project issues and risks. Implement effective solutions to ensure project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet high standards of quality and client expectations. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to maintain excellence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments, to deliver comprehensive and cohesive solutions to clients.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and client communications.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).

Timings: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM | Night Shift

Office Location: DHA Ph-7

Type: Fulltime (Onsite)
