With a mission to lead the future of food delivery, we operate multiple restaurant-quality food
brands across the UK and continue to scale rapidly. Our Karachi office plays a critical role in
global operations, and we’re now looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join our
growing team.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our UK restaurant
partners—supporting them in driving revenue, optimising performance, and growing their
footprint across our portfolio of virtual food brands. You will be part of our Strategic Accounts
team, a vital arm of our growth strategy.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong grip on
data, and enjoys building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking full ownership of the day-to-day and strategic management of assigned restaurant partner accounts.
- Build and nurture strong, productive relationships with key partner stakeholders.
- Lead weekly performance reviews and ensure actionable business improvements are implemented.
- Monitoring partner sales and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Cook’d brands.
- Coordinating closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Tech) to deliver a seamless partner experience.
- Handling partner escalations, refunds, and operational challenges swiftly and professionally.
- Ensuring partners are leveraging Cook’d logistics efficiently to maximise order volume.
- Using data to make informed recommendations, optimise menus, and improve partner performance.
- Attending internal meetings to represent the Strategic Accounts team and provide insight-driven feedback.
- Proactively identifying and implementing innovative process improvements for stronger partner outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of account management experience (preferably in food delivery, FMCG, tech, or hospitality)
- Strong understanding of B2B operations and/or UK restaurant industry
- Confidence working with data, performance metrics, and dashboards
- Experience in using CRM platforms and Excel/Google Sheets to track and report progress
- Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
- Commercial acumen and strong negotiation skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure
- Collaborative attitude with a passion for helping partners succeed
