Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in account management within an agency environment, with a strong understanding of activation processes, event management, and strategic planning.
Demonstrated ability to lead and nurture teams, delegate effectively, and drive team performance to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans that drive client satisfaction and business growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Basic understanding of digital marketing Proficiency in generating reports and offering strategic recommendations based on data
