Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Account Management or Sales within the FMCG or Retail industry (mandatory). This role requires strong client relationship management skills, business development expertise, and the ability to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the FMCG or Retail industry.
• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication.
• Monitor account performance and identify areas for growth and improvement.
• Oversee client onboarding and implementation to ensure smooth project execution.
• Address and resolve client concerns proactively.

Requirements (Mandatory):

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management / Sales within the FMCG or Retail industry.
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with B2B SaaS or IT products is a plus.
• Willing to work onsite in Jakarta and travel as needed.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in project management or client onboarding.
• Understanding of business intelligence tools and data analysis.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
