What You’ll Do:

  • Own post-sale client relationships in Italian-speaking markets
  • Guide onboarding: prepare documents, gather client requirements, coordinate setup
  • Deliver product training sessions and ongoing support
  • Act as the key point of contact for account health and renewals
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales teams for smooth implementation
  • Maintain CRM updates and manage communication cadences


What You Bring:

  • Fluent in Italian and English (spoken & written)
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • Ability to explain software in simple terms
  • Proactive, organised, and solution-oriented


Bonus: Experience in SaaS, logistics tech, or B2B onboarding
