iSchool is seeking a results-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. You will work closely with educational institutions and individual customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and promote our range of online coding and programming courses for K-12 students.
Your expertise in account management will be vital in maintaining high levels of client engagement, loyalty, and growth within your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success and client satisfaction
Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of services
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth and expansion
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and address any concerns
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty
Gather client feedback to inform product development and improvement
Prepare and deliver reports on account status and performance metrics
Requirements
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, preferably in the education or EdTech sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in CRM software and other account management tools
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field is preferred
Willingness to travel for client meetings as necessary
