What We’re Looking For

✅ Able to communicate in basic Mandarin (preferred)

✅ Commit with 6 months period internship is a must.

✅ Own a personal laptop for daily work.

✅ Fresh Graduate or minimum semester 6 (without any onsite class left) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

✅ Minimum 3 months of experience as intern or freelance in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success, preferably in B2B or digital services.

✅ Tech-savvy with a good understanding of digital marketing trends, especially SEO & SEM (Google products knowledge is a plus).

✅ Highly target-driven and willing to conduct client visits for canvassing and meetings.

What You’ll Be Working On

🚀 Canvassing & Lead Generation – Actively visit potential clients, introduce our services, and convert leads into customers.

🤝 Client Management & Retention – Be the go-to person for existing clients, ensuring smooth contract renewals and upselling digital solutions (SEO, SEM, etc.).

💰 Sales & Revenue Growth – Drive Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) by identifying high-potential clients and maximizing sales opportunities.

💡 Strategic Relationship Building – Establish long-term partnerships with business owners and key stakeholders by providing data-driven marketing recommendations.

📊 Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Track client success, deliver actionable insights, and ensure consistent performance reporting (daily, weekly, monthly).

📌 Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams (CSM, Sales, IT) to enhance client experience and drive success.
