Summary

Role: Account Manager

FLSA Status: Salary, Exempt

Pay: $70,000-$85,000/ yearly, commensurate with experience

Reports to: Director, Account Management

Overview:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients. Acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, you will ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects that meet client needs and organizational objectives. Your ability to manage client expectations, monitor internal department progress, and identify opportunities for revenue growth will be key to success in this role.


Requirements:


Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the Sales representative in all client update meetings
  • Build and maintain valued partner relationships with key stakeholders and accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and provide additional value.


Account Management Coordination

  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions in alignment with customer objectives.
  • Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, translating customer needs into actionable plans.
  • Track and analyze key account metrics and performance indicators to ensure account success


Sales and Program Development

  • Support the sales team in initial client engagements and deliverables.
  • Oversee initial program development, coordinating with design, sourcing, and program management teams.
  • Develop and communicate service level agreements (SLAs) and protocols to ensure alignment across internal and external teams.


Ongoing Account Management

  • Nurture client relationships through regular communication and collaboration.
  • Serve as the escalation point for client issues, resolving them promptly and effectively.
  • Forecast and monitor revenue, profitability, and customer objectives.
  • Monitor and maintain client satisfaction, escalating issues internally and/or externally when necessary.


Travel

  • Up to 20% travel for new client meetings or QBR's.


Skills & Abilities:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales, preferably in the signage or facilities maintenance industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data analysis tools. Not required, but a plus.
