Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure successful delivery of our IT and digital marketing solutions. This is a client-facing, mid-level role that requires a strong mix of project coordination, communication, and client engagement. You’ll be responsible for retaining and growing accounts, while also coordinating with the sales team (BDEs) to support business development activities.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across web, app, and digital marketing projects.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and ongoing communication.
  • Understand each client’s business needs and guide internal teams to deliver on expectations.
  • Lead client onboarding, prepare timelines, and share progress reports at each milestone.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet high quality standards and reflect the agreed-upon scope of work.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and pitch additional services or packages.
  • Coordinate with sales team members (BDEs) on lead follow-ups, proposal preparation, and closing new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align outbound campaigns with client and industry needs.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, follow-up logs, and lead conversion reports.
  • Escalate project or client issues to the business owner with solutions in hand.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools.


Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or business development in an IT services or digital marketing agency.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and deliver exceptional service.
  • Comfortable working alongside a sales team and coordinating lead-to-client transitions.
  • Proficiency with CRM and Project Management tools for project and pipeline tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, both written and verbal.
  • Strong presentation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of IT and digital marketing services (web/app development, SEO, paid ads, branding, etc.)
  • Confidence in managing client expectations, handling objections, and creating trust.
