Responsibilities of the Account Manager:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service and timely responses
  • Manage and track orders from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, and operations) to meet client expectations
  • Process purchase orders, prepare quotes, and handle customer inquiries with professionalism
  • Monitor account activity, resolve issues, and proactively address potential challenges
  • Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation in the system

Requirements of the Account Manager:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems a plus
