As an account manager with us, you will be an integral part of our company in growing your own book of business and thriving as a single point of contact for your customers, ensuring their freight is delivered safely with maximum confidence and minimum stress.
Responsibilities
Create your sales pipeline by generating leads and attracting new prospects
Display high level of customer relationship management through professional communication
Collaborate with shippers, carriers, and drivers to pick up and deliver shipments
Negotiate pricing with both customers and transportation partners
Utilize internal TMS system to keep accurate records of your activities
Requirements
Must be able to pass a standard background check
Sales driven and highly motivated
Interest in a future career within a 3PL
Ability to connect and communicate well with others
Displays both autonomy and team collaboration
Prior experience in logistics is a plus
