we're Hiring: Account Manager (Fashion & Apparel Category)

Locations: Jharkhand – Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Dhanbad Uttar Pradesh – Allahabad, Lucknow, Varanasi, Kanpur Bihar – Gaya, Patna, Begusarai

Role: Account Manager – Fashion & Apparel Salary: ₹4.5 – ₹5 LPA

Experience: 3–4 years in Fashion & Apparel sales (not FMCG/Real Estate)

Industry: B2B, Premium Retail


Responsibilities

🔹 Build and manage strong relationships with premium retail fashion & apparel counters across assigned territories.

🔹 Drive weekly & monthly sales targets through focused product placement and negotiation.

🔹 Handle B2B order cycles ranging ₹50K–₹1L+ with a one-shot closure mindset.

🔹 Operate strictly on zero-credit, cash-based transactions (10% advance, 90% on delivery).

🔹 Monitor and grow wallet share per retail account through repeat business and seasonal order planning.

🔹 Collaborate with category & supply teams to ensure timely fulfillment and client satisfaction.

🔹 Generate market intelligence on competitors, trends, and local retail demand to fine-tune sales strategies.

🔹 Ensure a minimum of 20 productive client visits/week and maintain detailed records on CRM tools.

🔹 Drive customer onboarding and act as the single point of contact for key accounts.


Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fashion Management / Retail / Business / Commerce or related field.

✅ 3–4 years of hardcore field sales experience specifically in fashion/apparel B2B segment (retail-focused).

✅ Demonstrated success in selling premium fashion or lifestyle products in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

✅ Strong local market knowledge in the assigned city/state.

✅ Excellent negotiation, communication & relationship-building skills.

✅ Proficiency in using sales tools, Excel, and basic CRM platforms.

✅ Prior experience with startups or scaling brands will be a big plus.
