As an Account Manager, you will be the trusted advisor and main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, playing a pivotal role in expanding ODX’s footprint across the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for promoting our innovative lab services, ensuring full regulatory compliance, and delivering high-touch service that consistently exceeds client expectations. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, compliance, and operational teams to ensure that every client experience aligns with our brand promise and healthcare standards.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a thorough understanding of ODX’s lab services and applicable healthcare industry regulations.
- Attract, grow, and retain clients in alignment with ODX’s goals, policies, and all relevant federal and state laws.
- Promote and advertise ODX’s lab services to new and existing clients.
- Uphold and execute ODX’s brand strategy and public relations plans.
- Participate in company-approved marketing projects and campaigns.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring strong communication and comprehensive understanding of ODX’s services, protocols, and compliance requirements.
- Act as a liaison between ODX and clients, fully disclosing client information relevant to the business relationship and specific service requirements.
- Represent ODX’s mission, vision, and commitment to excellence to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships through proactive communication and consistent support.
- Oversee the timely and effective delivery of ODX’s solutions in accordance with client needs and expectations.
- Ensure proper implementation and delivery of lab services and necessary supplies.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on client activity, business development efforts, compliance, and account management performance.
- Travel as needed to meet responsibilities and foster client relationships.
- Collaborate with the Account Executive and broader sales team to identify new opportunities and fulfill organizational directives.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by ODX management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in account management, sales, or client service—preferably in a healthcare or laboratory services setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, travel as needed, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
