Your Responsibilities

Our Professional Indemnity team is seeking an experienced Account Manager / Executive to join our London practice. In this role, you will work with an experienced and high-performing team to support a diverse range of Legal Sector clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Professional Indemnity insurance professional to further develop their expertise and career in a collaborative and dynamic work environment. You will lead engagement with our large retail clients, managing renewals, working closely with our placing brokers, and contributing to bids and tenders.

This role is based in our London office, with opportunities for home-working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Advocacy & Service Excellence: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, advocating for their needs while delivering exceptional service that builds lasting relationships.
• Renewal Management: Take ownership of your allocated renewal book, working closely with the broking team to manage renewals, including market submissions, client meetings, and the timely and accurate production of renewal reports.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Be an active, engaged member of the team, working toward key performance metrics and targets while contributing to a supportive team environment.
• Enhance Service Opportunities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create opportunities for enhanced services, including industry publications, events and marketing content.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in UK Solicitors Professional Indemnity, from an underwriting or broking environment.
• Client-centric: You take pride in delivering exceptional client service.
• Excellent communication skills: You are a skilled communicator with the ability to build excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues.
