We're looking for sales-driven professionals to join our evolving Account Management team. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where you'll be managing and processing customer orders—while building relationships that lead to repeat business and long-term growth.

What You'll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and providing personalized service.
Manage a large volume of customer orders with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
Build relationships with your assigned accounts and act as their go-to resource
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through conversations and order history
Guide clients toward the best product and branding options for their needs
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and delivery of products.
Deliver excellent service via phone and email and resolve client issues and concerns in a prompt and professional manner
Track activity and communication in our CRM to manage your pipeline effectively
Over time, transition into a more traditional Account Manager role focused on sales growth and account retention

Compensation:
