Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Account Manager with over 3 years of experience in software sales and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication and presentation skills, be fluent in English, and have a proven track record of managing high-value corporate accounts and multi-million B2B deals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key corporate accounts in Qatar and the GCC region.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored software solutions in coordination with technical teams.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers (C-levels) in large enterprises.
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve quarterly revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management or Enterprise Sales within the software or technology industry.
  • Strong B2B experience, particularly with large corporates and enterprise clients.
  • Proven track record in closing multi-million QAR deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – verbal and written.
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
