Summary

Located in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, the Direct to Owner Sales position focuses on engaging with key decision-makers to establish relationships, finalize deals, and offer solutions that align with their business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new property/business owners in the target market area through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations of our services, showcasing the benefits to potential owners
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and offering continuous support
  • Handle negotiations and close sales effectively while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Keep track of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions and provide regular reports to the Director of Sales
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service delivery
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Motivated and results driven - required
  • Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a B2B (business-to-business) environment - required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with owners - required
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills - required
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively – required
  • Ability to work in team environment when necessary - required
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools - preferred
  • Previous experience in a service industry – preferred
  • Blueprint Knowledge - required
  • Experience in B2B sales - required
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions - required

Physical Demands
