Secure the sales plan realization by retaining and growing profitable accounts and strengthening customer engagement as defined in the Customer & Sales coverage model and strategy. Customer relationships will be built by using a multi-contact and online approach adhering to customer preferences.
Responsibilities
Outbound calls to existing customers in order to generate (additional) sales;
Pro-active sale of our products and services as well as the implementation of customer campaigns in coordination with the Marketing department in order to achieve our sales goals;
Contact person for our medium-sized customers in the region via phone and email;
Analysis of purchasing behavior (e.g. sales/margin, potential)
Sharing product inquiries and updating customer data;
Creation of customer-specific offers; Ensuring customer satisfaction through regular contact.
Qualifications
Relevant experience in a service or sales oriented position is an advantage
Minimum vocational level of working and thinking
Relevant professional experience in telephone sales
You are a strong communicator at various levels
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent native language skills of the relevant customer market. In addition, English is also required for communication with stakeholders throughout the organization
Strong customer focus, able to identify customer needs and improve sales through commercial mindset
Preferably completed commercial training
Solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
Good MS Office skillset (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
