Establish working relationships with key clients and stakeholders and become a trusted advisor who will understand their requirements and challenges
Manage client's IT and business satisfaction in the delivery of IT services and ensure profit objectives are met
Provide leadership to business development teams in identifying new business opportunities and manage end-to-end sales cycle, particularly in growing existing business in the account
Engage with principal, partners, and suppliers in sales activities on IT products and services of the Company
Ensure sales targets are achieved and maintain good customer rapport
Monitor market conditions and recommend pricing and market strategy
Investigate customer's complaints on quality, delivery, service etc and provide corrective measures
Present, negotiate and prepare contracts, quotations, etc
Requirements:
Minimum a Diploma in IT or equivalent
1 year of working experience preferably in IT sales or business development role
Possess strong initiative, people networking and creativity skills
Proven sales track record
Disciplined and driven to develop sales account plans and upkeep sales forecast & hygiene
