Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to take full charge of our finance operations. The ideal candidate brings deep financial acumen, a proven track record in accounting leadership, and the ability to drive financial clarity and compliance across the business. The position is open for both Sector 99 and Udyog Vihar Phase VI, Gurugram locations and requires a candidate who is already based in or near Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the company’s accounting framework across locations
• Ensure timely preparation of MIS, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports
• Oversee statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and banking partners for audits and funding matters
• Maintain precision in vendor management, receivables, payables, and inventory costing
• Streamline and monitor the use of Tally or ERP software systems for efficiency
• Implement cost control mechanisms and financial process improvements
• Support senior leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis
• Manage a small accounts team and foster a culture of discipline and accountability

Candidate Profile:

• B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification; CA Inter preferred
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in accounts and finance, preferably in manufacturing, trading, or textile sector
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and digital accounting platforms
• Well-versed in Indian taxation and statutory compliance norms
• Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and attention to detail
• Based in Gurugram or willing to commute regularly to either Crossweave location
