Job Summary

We’re looking for an Account Manager to support our team in Malaysia. This role offers the opportunity to work on strategic client engagements, grow business partnerships within the tech industry, and drive end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to attract and secure new clients in the technology sector.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders across targeted companies.
  • Understand client requirements and deliver tailored staffing and outsourcing solutions.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle – from prospecting and proposal development to contract closure.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (recruitment, HR, finance) to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive activity.
  • Generate and present sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management.


Qualifications

  • Proven success in sales, business development, or account management – preferably in the IT staffing or outsourcing industry.
  • In-depth understanding of the tech industry, especially within IT (banking, fintech, SAP domains).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • High level of initiative and motivation to meet and exceed goals.
