Nova is looking for an Account Manager to lead and oversee the activities of the entire key account management department. They will be driving strategic initiatives to maintain competitiveness and secure key accounts. Partners closely with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies, manage teams, and develop targeted account plans.

What will you do as an Account Manager?
- Leading Nova's Operations and Account Management at Micron US, ensuring competitive edge and market trends awareness to maintain gross margins and secure strategic accounts.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to execute strategies, aligning and managing agents and sales teams, and crafting precise Account and Opportunity plans.
- Establishing strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, addressing issues strategically, and promoting company values.
- Effectively communicating with cross-functional teams, ensuring top-notch customer service, and customizing presentations for marketing and technical review sessions.
- Providing weekly reports to the Country Manager/Sales VP on customer activities, business opportunities, and revenue updates.
- Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, TRMs, and technical seminars to enhance the company's visibility and value proposition.
- Creating proposals for tool and upgrade projects, seeking approval from the VP of Sales.

- Familiarity with the competitive environment and market trends, and better understand the needs of agents and sales teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years sales leadership experience in semiconductor equipment field
- Good standing relationship with Micron and previous experience selling to Micron.
- Based in US-Boise, this is not a remote position.
- Well versed in front end semiconductor manufacturing and/or wafer level packaging processes
- Leadership and sales experience
- Strong client relationship connections and interpersonal skills
- Above Bachelor of Engineering degree background or equivalent experience
- Must be willing to travel up to ~30% of the work routine time
